Finally! after many long hours of work by our Design Team as well as the Planning Staff at the Regional District finally pulled a package together that met the requirements of all parties. The revised application for re-zoning passed 1st Reading by a unanimous vote of the RDNO Board, with the stipulation that a Public Information Meeting be called by the Developer.
